What can we do and see in Tazzarine ?

Tazzarine is a small typical village in the Draa valley. You can enjoy its palmgrove and henna gardens, which are known through whole Morocco. You can also stay a few days in the desert, taking one of our tours. You can visit the village with a cultural association. Finally, you can use Amasttou as a base camp when exploring the area. We will be happy to help you and advise you.

How can I dress ?

In the camping itself, you are totally free and can dress as you wish, and enjoy our swimming pool in bikini if you want. In the village, people are still very traditionnal, and it is better not to shock them. In that order, you should cover your shoulders and your legs over the knees.

In case you did not buy it before arriving in our camping, a "shesh" will protect you from wind and sand during your travel in the desert.

What are the temperatures ?

It is never really cold in Tazzarine, and even at the deepest of the winter, the temperatures are quite mild for our visitors. But the night can be quite cool. In the summer, we are very near a hot desert, and temperatures can easily reach 40° C (104 F°). You will appreciate our swimming pool and the shadwos of the palm trees!

I don't speak french

No problem, even if Morocco is billingual arabic and french, we speak english, wir sprechen Deutsch, habla espagnol, se parla italiano... we can always manage it

How can I book ?

After we confirmed you the availability, on basis of your advance payment, we will definitively confirm your reservation.

What happens if I cancel ?

For any cancellation more than a month in advance, we will reimburse your advance payment. For shorter terms, or for large groups, a part or all the amount will be kept. You will know the details in your reservation.
